Sessions are to be paid in advance and session video call links will be sent upon receipt of funds. Payment must be made before 6am of the day of the session.  We understand that sometimes things need to change so cancellations before 6am on the day of the session can be rearranged at no extra cost. Sessions not attended or cancelled after 6am on the day of the session will be charged as usual.
