CBT

CBT is a talking therapy centred around the principle that our thoughts and beliefs impact our emotions, body sensations and actions. Automatic thoughts can lead to habit reactions which can lead to unsatisfactory outcomes. By identifying these patterns, we can develop more a positive thinking and response style, helping you regain control of your emotions and and change your outcomes.

In the UK, CBT is recognised by the National Institute for Health and Care excellence as an evidence based, proven treatment for difficulties including, but not limited, to OCD, PTSD, anxiety difficulties (including Panic Attacks) and Depression.
